Our insights:

We are excited to attend the 2025 AASA's National Conference on Education for the second time in Mastery Coding's history. When we attended this edtech conference for superintendents last year, our jaws dropped at the sight of the gigantic expo hall. Unlike most other conferences we’ve attended, vendors providing similar services seemed to be placed close to each other in the expo hall. We noticed areas with booths focused on hands-on robotics and STEM kits, vendors offering school security products, and organizations serving after-school education. After a long day at the conference, the attendees can look forward to numerous networking opportunities with various social functions, courtesy of sponsoring vendors. We are excited to return for the 2025 AASA's National Conference on Education in New Orleans.

6. Spring Computer Using Educators (CUE) Conference

Spring CUE is a conference we find ourselves exhibiting at year after year. 2025 marks the third year in a row exhibiting at this educational conference for educators. Following last year’s success, Mastery Coding is excited to work with the CUE to host an official esports play area for all attendees to enjoy. Regardless of your previous level of experience with esports, whether you are a veteran esports coach or a first-time gamer, whether you like Rocket League and Super Smash Bros or Pac-Man and Galaga, you will have a blast at this edtech event for educators.

Additionally, when in Palm Springs, don’t miss the opportunity to get out and enjoy the beautiful oasis town. The Palm Spring Villagefest is a weekly Thursday night street fair featuring arts, crafts, food, and entertainment. The Computer Using Educators network is a great fit for Mastery Coding’s cutting-edge curriculum solutions, and we look forward to many more years of attending the Spring CUE event in Southern California.

BOOST stands for Best of Out-Of-School-Time Conference, and we consider the BOOST conference to be an annual getaway and a mini-retreat for after-school educators. Where else can you compete in a duck-duck-BOOST swim race, join in on a game of Esports Jeopardy, and finish the day at a homecoming reception party with a DJ and glowsticks? We look forward to the opportunity to exhibit at BOOST for the second year in a row. The exhibit hall, in particular, deserves a special mention. Every year, giant companies like Microsoft, Adobe, Google for Education, Zoom, Dell, and Lego aim to attract the most visitors by constructing expansive and interactive exhibits. By comparison, smaller booths might struggle to draw attention in such a competitive landscape. Nevertheless, exhibiting at ISTELive for the first time is a milestone for any emerging EdTech company. The ISTELive Conference is an excellent fit with Mastery Coding as we share a common goal of advancing education through technology and innovation. 

11. Computer Science Teachers Association Annual Conference (CSTA)

Mastery Coding is looking forward to exhibiting for the second time at the CSTA 2025 conference in Las Vegas, Nevada. CSTA is the Computer Science Teacher's Association, and many computer science educators are already using Mastery Coding's Game Development courses to get their students industry certifications in Unity. With last year’s event being virtual, we wanted to wait until this year to attend in person. Mastery Coding and CSTA share the goal of advancing computer science education through curriculum enhancements and collaboration. Together, we can empower educators to provide students with the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in a digital world. We are looking forward to meeting a variety of computer science and technology educators at this STEM education conference!

Taking place in lively Nashville, Tennessee, attending VISION is a must for CTE administrators and educators. While the tone of this EdTech event for teachers is more formal than some of the other events on our list, there is a plethora of networking events and sponsored affairs to enjoy after a long day of learning. For example, during VISION 2023 in Las Vegas, Mastery Coding hosted the official reception for the Engineering and Technology Education Division (ETED) of ACTE at the HyperX Esports Arena. In 2024, we hosted an Academic Esports Mixer for anyone interested in understanding how to create career pathways for students to enter this billion-dollar industry. All in all, VISION is your one-stop shop for the latest and greatest innovations in CTE technology.
